KT-LOK ACCESS SCAFFOLD SYSTEM
KT-LOK (Cuplok) Access Scaffolding System is the market-leading System Scaffold in the region and used for all General Purpose Access.
In addition to General Access, we also provide Modular Access Staircases, Static & Mobile Towers and Loading Platforms incorporating Ladder Gates, Safety Trap Doors etc.
KT-LOK is manufactured to the highest Industry Standards using Galvanized High-Grade Steel (Grade 50c) which allows 30% more loading compared to other systems available in the market that are using the inferior Grade 43c Steel. As a result of the higher loading capabilities, it reduces the number of components required and reduces the Construction time & associated labour cost.
All components are Designed, Tested and Manufactured in accordance with the European Standards EN12810, EN12811. With this System, we can create safe working platforms for all load classes according to EN12811.
KT- SCAFFOLD TUBES & FITTINGS & KT-X BEAM (ALU LATTICE BEAMS)
Traditional Tube & Fitting Scaffolding is the most versatile Access Solution available, as none of its dimensions is governed by pre-manufactured lengths of Modular Components as found in System Scaffold.
Kirtanlal Scaffolding Tubes are manufactured using, Galvanized 4.0mm Thick Tube, in accordance with European Standard EN39 and OSHA Guidelines.
Kirtanlal Scaffold Fittings are all drop forged, Galvanized Fittings with Grade 8.8 Stainless Steel T Bolts. All Fittings comply with the European Standards EN12811, EN74 & OSHA Guidelines.
Additionally, to the Traditional Tubes & Fittings, we also provide KT-X Beams (Aluminum Lattice Beams) in 450mm and 750mm in Depth and Lengths from 2m to 8m. KT-X Beams are manufactured in 4.5mm Thick Tube, Grade 6082 T6 High-Grade Aluminum.
KT-SCAFFOLD BOARDS
Kirtanlal is providing a variety of Board options, such as LVL Scaffold Boards – Grade A, Galvanized Steel Boards & European Whitewood Boards. Our all boards are 100% Proof tested & comply with European Standards and OSHA Guidelines.
All LVL & Whitewood Timber Boards come in a Standard size of 225mm Wide x 38mm Deep and are available in various lengths from 0.5m to 3.9m.
KT-Steel Boards are manufactured with 2mm Thick, Galvanized Grade S235 Steel, come in a Standard size of 225mm Wide x 38mm Deep and are available in various lengths from 1m to 3.9m, which allows them to be used in conjunction with LVL or Timber Boards
Fire Retardant + Anti-corrosive Electric Insulated boards are available on special request to accommodate the Petrochemical and Oil & Gas sectors.
KT-MODULAR CRADLES & LIFTING SOLUTIONS
KT–Modular Cradles are lightweight Aluminium Cradle Systems that can be suspended by multiple methods and come in various lengths from 1m to 12m.
The Hoist/Motors used with the KT–Modular Cradle have a Safe Working Load Capacity of up to 1000KG.
KT – Modular Cradles can be configured in different shapes, from Regular single deck platforms to Double Decker, Corner Platforms, Circular platforms Etc.
We can offer a wide range of Rigging Equipment & Accessories, Starting with Simple Cantilevered Suspended Mechanism, Parapet Clamps to Monorail & Special Engineered Outrigger.
KT-RAPID PANEL SYSTEM
The KT-Rapid Panel is a market leading, Modular Aluminium Panel System for forming concrete Slabs.
The System is designed to support Slabs up to 300mm thick without any additional supports. With additional measures we can support Slabs of up to 550mm deep.
The erection & dismantling time for the KT-Rapid Panel System is 25% faster than other comparable systems available in the market today, resulting in substantial savings in manpower & a reduction in time on the Slab casting cycle.
The Props with an Engineered Drop Head provide additional Safety with a rigid interlocking system that prevents tipping during the erection process.
The incorporated Cantilever System provides a Safe working platform around the perimeter of the Slab being casted and the Engineered Drop Head System allows Panels to be removed Safely without disturbing the props, allowing them to remain in position as back-propping.
KT-TABLE FLY FORM SYSTEM
KT-Table Flying Form System is a panel system that is erected and lifted into a position as a unit and used for forming a large area of concrete Slabs.
The System comprises of 3 major components i.e., High Grade KT-Aluminium Beams, KT-Euro Props & KT-Table Head which gives bigger Table sizes with reduced number of components which is transferred with KT-C Hook & KT-Table Trolley, resulting in substantial savings in the crane time required, manpower & reduction in time on the Slab casting cycle.
The System is designed to support any given slab depth up to 5.5m height.
The incorporated Cantilever System provides a Safe working platform around the perimeter of the Slab being casted.
KT-ALUMINIUM BEAM SYSTEM
KT-Aluminium Beams are a versatile product that combine the benefits of strength, lightness and exceptional durability, which is used to form Slabs, Columns, & Walls in conjunction with KT-Props, KT-LOK, Steel Walers & Soldiers.
KT-Aluminium Beams are manufactured with High grade Aluminium (Alloy 6082 T6) which allows 40% more loading capacity in comparison to other systems available in the market with Timber Beams resulting in a reduced number of components, Construction time & considerable savings in labour Cost.
The KT-Aluminium Beams are 150mm deep and come in various lengths, ranging from 0.9m to 5.4m.
KT-Props are manufactured with High Grade Galvanized Steel as per European Standards EN1065 & comes in various sizes from 2.5m to 5.5m.
KT-DOUBLE SIDED WALL FORMWORK
KT-Double Sided Wall Formwork System is a handset system which offers tailor-made solutions for Wall & Column requirements.
With high grade components & larger sized panels it reduces the number of components required and reduces the Crane time for Erection and Dismantling, resulting in savings in both, the Construction time & labour cost.
KT-Double Sided Wall Formwork System is designed for concrete pressure up to 60 kN/m2.
The incorporated KT-Cantilever Access Bracket provides a safe working platform for the Inspection & Casting of walls/columns.
KT-SINGLE SIDED WALL FORMWORK
KT-Single Sided Wall Formwork system is a handset system which allows full flexibility to different complex walls.
High-grade Aluminium Beams & Steel Soldiers allow for making larger sizes of panels & a high number of repeat usage reduces the number of components required & reduces the crane time required for erections & dismantling, resulting in savings in Construction time & labour cost.
KT Single-Sided Wall Formwork system is designed for concrete pressure up to 50 kN/m2.
The incorporated KT-Cantilever Access Bracket provides a safe working platform for the inspection & casting of walls.
