In-depth Policies and Procedures are developed to actively engage the entire workforce in ensuring the consistent delivery of safe work practices across all projects.
Training & Certification
We are associated with the world’s most internationally recognised training and certification providers, including NEBOSH, IOSH, and OSHA. Training and certification are mandatory for all personnel in safety management, and supervisory roles. Additionally, CISRS training and certification are required for all scaffolders, scaffold inspectors. All new employees must also complete a third-party induction before commencing work.

Method Statements and Risk Assessments are reviewed and approved
by both the client and our certified HSE Manager to confirm
project scope and address risks.
The Kirtanlal Management is committed to perform continuous
on-site safety reviews. The Management Safety Review (MSR)
serves as a critical link between office-based planning and site
level operations, enabling continuous improvement in safety
performance.
Internal Audit System
A comprehensive review of the sites Safety Management Systems and processes is undertaken. Internal audits are conducted on a three-month cycle, with findings actioned and tracked to completion.
