The innovative reversible truss enables the alternative use of either, high-grade anti-slip birch plywood panels or galvanized anti-slip steel decking boards with an integrated auto-wind-lock, as per project requirements. ScaffDeck enables rapid assembly and improved safety through superior components, versatile anchoring options, and cross-compatibility with multiple scaffold systems.

Main Components

ScaffDeck Trusses

The Trusses are reversible and manufactured from high-grade S700 steel, allowing for reduced weight without compromising strength. They are designed to accommodate hook-end steel boards or composite platform decking.

Nodes & Chain Retainer

The Node provides secure connection points for suspension chains, reliable Truss attachments, and versatile connectivity at 90-degree and irregular angles. It features a built-in handle for easy maneuverability and delivers unparalleled strength.

Suspension Chain

Used to take the complete load of the assembled platform, including live load &self load. The chains offer 40kN load bearing capacity with 4:1 FOS. Its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance

Platform Decking

The 21mm high-strength birch plywood with a composite slip proof surface provides a solid and secure platform to support workers and equipment during construction activities.

Galvanized Steel Boards

Steel Boards are fully galvanized and available in lengths up to 2.5m. Used as a decking platform for offshore, onshore and hot works environments. Designed with a perforated, non-slip and fire-retardant surface to overcome adverse conditions.

Intermediate Deck Support

The Intermediate Deck Support serves as a holder for the Platform Decking, securely locking it in place.

Beam Suspension Clamp

The Beam Suspension Clamp is securely attached to a beam or under-deck structure to suspend the platform. The Beam Suspension Clamp is designed to connect the chains to existing beams or under-deck structures to suspend the platform.

Deck Retaining Plates & Cover Plates

The Deck Retaining Plat & Cover Plates, used with Deck Retaining Screws, secure the Platform Decking to ensure a safe and stable working platform, cover gaps & prevent openings to prevent materials from slipping through. All components are manufactured from high grade Galvanized Steel to prevent corrosion.

Guardrail Unit

The Handrail is a modular component incorporating the mid Guardrail & top guardrail in one unit. This allows for easy transportation, carrying & assembly.

Toe Boards

Steel Toe Boards are installed at the base of the platform to prevent materials and tools from sliding or falling off, thereby minimizing the risk of injury to personnel below the deck.

Truss Connecting Pin & Locking Pin

Truss Connecting Pins facilitate the secure connection, precise alignment, and locking of Nodes and Trusses prior to swinging, enabling the formation of extended platforms or cantilevers. They effectively prevent unintended movement or disengagement during operation, ensuring structural integrity and safety.

  • Beam Suspension Clamps: This provides the clamping from which the chain hangs onto the existing structure.
  • Guardrail Post Brackets: Connects to the Node to receive the Guardrail Post.
  • Guardrail Posts: Serves as the main support barrier of the Guardrails. Connects to the Guardrail Post Bracket and receives the Guardrail unit.
  • Guardrail Units: Connects to two Guardrail Post and acts as a physical barrier along the edges of the platform preventing workers falling from height.
  • Cover Plates: Cover plates, used with Deck Retaining Screws, securely fastens the Platform Decking to create a stable working platform, cover gaps or openings to prevent materials from slipping through, all made from non-corrosive steel with a non-slip surface finish.
  • Toe boards: Provide a protective barrier designed to prevent materials, tools, and debris from falling off the edges of the platform which can pose serious risks to workers below.
