The KT-Flex System, composed of aluminum beams and props, has perfected the most common crucial component for all support formwork systems out there. The hand-set system allows custom floor-slabs, drop beams and other structural elements during construction to be erected quickly and easily, while offering full flexibility in the slab layout. With higher loading capabilities, and reduced components required, the KT-Flex is fast to erect and dismantle offering significant value additions to construction projects.

Technical Specifications

  • All props are EN-1065 Standard compliant, Hot Dip Galvanized, Steel grade S355/50c, class D compliant.
  • Aluminium Beams are manufactured and tested in compliance with EN755 standards & Alloy 6082 T6. They offer 40% more loading capacity than traditional timber beams and are designed for multiple reuse cycles.
  • Special designed G-Pins used to release load from Props.
